UPS Maintenance Service
This service only applies with the purchase of a replacement battery. We will supply you with the necessary wrapping material and the service scripture for sending back your UPS to us. After receiving your UPS we will install the fitting RBC and examine the UPS in our testing facilities concerning all essential functions.
Subsequently you will receive your device back including a test protocol. This service mainly applies to Germany ; the prices are in the corresponding product description. For other countries we solicit to contact us by phone for an offer.
Instructions for Replacing Batteries for e.g. APC RBC
With those instructions you can easily replace the batteries of your APC UPS.
APC UPS units are structured for safe Battery-replacement through the user. If you maintain the order of instructions, you can carry out the APC-RBC replacement even as a technical layperson.
