Prior to registration:
01. How can i become a battery-direct reseller?
Your registration can take place through the fax form.
02. Who can become a battery-direct reseller?
A condition is that you hold a business and sell our products for such purposes. We can not provide reseller conditions to private customers.
03. Which responsibilities do i carry as a reseller?
As a battery-direct reseller you do not carry any responsibilities. There are no quotas or additional special contracts and conditions you have to adhere to.
04. I have registered as a reseller, what now?
After we have received and verified your data, you receive a confirmation eMail. This email provides your login data and discount level.
05. When can i pay with discount accredited?
After you have received the confirmation email, you can place orders using your discount account.

06. Which reseller discount do i have?
You can retrieve this information in your account or in the confirmation eMail.
07. How can i get more discount?
There are different levels of discount that can be applied according to your revenue.
08. Where can i see my discounted prices?
After logging into your account, you will be able to directly see the discount prices.
09. How do i act when ordering items as a reseller?
The order process is identical to a regular order. The only point of importance is that you use your reseller account, so the discount can be correctly applied.
10. How does the labeling with my companies name work?
Our products for reseller are designed as such, that the origin is not visible to the customer. The products are labeled with a sticker containing the product number and your companies name. The box and delivery note are designed in a neutral manner.
11. Can the products also be sent directly to my customer?
Yes, during the process of ordering you can also enter an alternate shipping adress.
12. How does the free disposal work?
Each package contains a return receipt that allows the package to be sent to us, so we can take care of the disposal. |
